The staff was all HELPFUL, and the room was tidy. Availability of the free parking was a plus. Ahrzeit is just a walk down to the hotel.

The hotel's location in the Ahr valley was a perfect startingpoint to explore the beautiful area. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff made all the effort to make our two small kids comfortable. The breakfastbuffet was generous and the quality of the food was good.

Reception was very friendly & helpful & spoke perfect english. Rooms & bed was very good; clean, Food was also very good for evening meal & good variety... Breakfast was excellent, hot cooked food & plenty to choose from. Decore was very attractive in the restrauant. Easy reach for the town of Arhweiler just 3 k.m.
